Together we review your questionnaire and goals for your session. The nature of hypnosis is explained and questions are encouraged. You should be totally confident and comfortable with all aspects of hypnosis before proceeding.
When ready you are gently guided into various stages of relaxation. While in this relaxed state, negative thought patterns or habits are changed into positive ones. Fears or phobias can be uncovered and eliminated resulting in a new positive outlook.
For the entire session, you will be focused and aware of all the new information.
If for any reason you are uncomfortable and wish to come out of hypnosis you can immediately return to full consciousness at any time and stop the session.
